• Requests for refunds must include the order reference and a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the service.
• Refunds are not applicable for renewals, promotional purchases, or custom services.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request violates our terms of service. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

Since we offer virtual products, there is no physical shipping involved. After payment confirmation, your VPS hosting account details will be emailed to you within 1 hour. In rare cases where additional verification is required, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Return Policy

Returns are not applicable for our VPS hosting services, as they are non-physical and intangible. For service quality concerns, contact us to address the issue or discuss alternatives.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VPS hosting plan anytime by contacting support. Please note:

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
